Every woman dreams of this dramatic makeover??? The best cosmetic surgery is known as diet....
You know all women have at least once challenged to diet! I bring things that you can sympathize with among those~
1. One meal per day - You think you would lose weight if you only eat one meal a day.... Most people are done with this one meal at lunch! However....
I can't ever be indifferent about this precious, gold-like meal! I choose very carefully....
2. Unsteady plan exercises - You certainly gotta exercise along with diet!!
The problem is that I don't stick to it.... How come I don't like exercising as much as I like eating?.... People who gain weight seriously hate moving around T__T
3. Always thinking about the weight - Even if you don't exercise, you get on and off on the scale 10 times a day!
On a diet only for 3 days and wonder why doesn't the weight decrease?!?!?! I know there are lots of desperate people. lol
4. A binge eating is my hobby - Refrain from eating and endure, endure and then explode one day!! That very day is the day I overeat!!
My friend saw me how much I eat and frighteningly surprised... "You said you are on a diet!!!!"
When I got home, I really regretted eating so much..... My diet completely failed when I let go after being so patient. I will start my diet tomorrow~
Despite this adversity, diet will never end. NEVER!
Now, let's all chill out and go out to exercise!!
