Breakfast GO GO!!! Ingredients 1 mango, 2 ripe bananas, 2 cups of spinach, 1/2 a cup of cashew nuts, 2 cups of almond milk, coconut water or water, 1 lime Optional: a tablespoon of chia seeds
Leave the cashews to soak in a glass of water overnight. Add your ingredients and blend until it is smooth and creamy. YUMI!!!!
Super exotic quinoa salad Ingredients 2 servings of quinoa (about 120g),1 ripe mango,1 ripe avocado,4 tablespoons of sesame seeds, 100g of pomegranates,1 lemon,2 tablespoons of tamari(soy sauce),Salt and pepper
Cook the quinoa, cut the avocado and the mango and mix it with sesame seeds, lemon juice, pomegrantes, Tamari salt and pepper. Once quinoa is ready put it on the top and Bon appétit!
The 4pm sugar craving!!!!!! A chocolate mousse? Ingrédients: 2 really ripe bananas, 1 ripe avocado, 6 medjool dates, 4 tablespoons of water, 2 heaped teaspoons of almond butter, 2 heaped teaspoons of raw cacao powder
Simply put all the ingredients into a food processor – pit the dates first though – then blend into a smooth delicious mixture. Leave it an hour in the fridge, it makes it even better! YUMI YUMI^^
