I'm responsible for NPI in Huawei which mainly includes review of products DFM design, new products verification & assessment, manufacturing process optimization, TOP issue analysis and improvement of production line FPY, lean automated production as well as the promotion of personnel skills. In 2014 I was awarded "Rising Star", "Excellent Gold Team" "Excellent Gold Employee" of manufacturing department and won many honors like the President's Award. [Automated Benchmarking Line Establishment] developing and introducing AOI remote inspection system, automated dispensing technology and cabinet testing equipment. I've led or participated the projects including "manufacturing model reform", "reform of staff performance assessment", "establishment of automated benchmarking line", "automated testing equipment development", "establishment of new product authentication mechanism", "introduction of new technique and technology" and "zero defect quality control", etc.
