염통꼬치 먹방~!! 리얼사운드 social eating Mukbang(Eating Show) 오늘 준비한 음식은 염통꼬치 입니다. 오동통 염통!! 염통은 닭똥집부위쪽으로 알고 계시는 분이 많으신데 저도 몰랐던 사실인데 알고보니 심장이라고 하네요. 모든 염통은 심장을 말하는데 살이 매우 부드러운 부위 중에 하나라고 합니다. 닭한테는 너무나 미안하지만 너무 맛있는건 어쩔 수 없네요. 식감은 닭똥집과 비슷한데 닭똥집보다는 좀 더 쫄깃쫄깃 합니다.

I didn't know it but it turned out to be a heart. All the Yeomtong refers to a heart, which is one of the most tender parts of chicken flesh. I feel very sorry for chickens, but I can't help it because it's too delicious. The texture is similar to chicken gizzard, but it is chewier than chicken gizzard.

Yeomtong sticks mukbang~!! Real sound Today I prepared for Yeomtong sticks. Plumpy yeomtong!! Lots of people think that yeomtong is part of gizzard, but actually it is a heart. I didn’t know about it. Every yeomtong is a heart and it’s one of the most tender part of the flesh. Sorry for the chickens, but I can’t help it. It is really good. Texture is kind of like gizzard but more chewy.
