I applied to New York state. After the payment for NY Credentials Verification, please eliminate all the universities from the Document Authentication except Kwangju Health University. I am applying as a physiotherapist, not a physiotherapist. So please send the syllabus of Kwangju Health University to New York state. I want you to erase "Awaiting Applicant Request Form" of other universities on FCCPT website.

I applied for State of New York. Please remove other colleges except for Gwangju Health University from Document Authentication after paying NY Credentials Verification. I apply for not physical therapist but physical therapy assistant. Therefore, you just have to send only Syllabus of Gwangju Health University. Please cross off "Awaiting Applicant Request Form" of other colleges on FCCPT site.
